• Estimating

  Firebelly provides a comprehensive estimating system, individual worktop elements can be specified, including upstands together with cut outs and edge profiles. Each customer can be set up with specific default installation and delivery charges, discounts are calculated automatically. Quotations can either be printed, faxed or emailed directly from Firebelly. Quotations can be produced in seconds and be with the customer within minutes!

• Sales Order Processing

  The Sales Order Processing module records the fact an estimate has been accepted and a sale has been made. This is the basis for developing the sale and allows for adding additional products and items, such as sinks, tiles, services. Orders can be created off the back of Estimates or by creating new orders from scratch.

• Job Processing

  The Job Production module manages the whole workflow through the factory, from job creation to fitting. Errors are removed when creating jobs, by converting the original estimate. Simply select the estimate, click convert, then fine tune the specification to match the template measurements and final client requirements. Within minutes of entering the template details, Firebelly can produce the job confirmation and cutting schedules sheets. Manage the workflow by printing the production schedules, fitting sheets and job acceptance sheets.

• Invoicing

  On the successful completion of jobs, sales orders become available for invoicing. Through the Sales Invoicing module, invoices are raised simply by selecting the relevant order and printing the invoice. All sales values, VAT rates are pulled from the original order and confirmed. Firebelly integrates to many 3rd party accounting systems, eliminating the need for re-keying of data. Real time integration ensures that Firebelly and your preferred accounting system are always in step. Firebelly currently integrates to leading accounting systems such as Sage Line 50, Quickbooks and Quicken.
